Stanford Homes

HELP program

Less clutter.
A stronger selling plan.

Home Enhancement Listing Program

A practical way to address cleanout and improvements before your home goes on the market.

Declutter

A lighter cleanout.
One less burden.

For an approved property, Jordan covers one 15–20 cubic-yard dumpster of contents and up to one workday for two laborers.

You do not repay the cost of this included declutter. The work scope and schedule are agreed before the team arrives. Extra work needs separate approval.

A few common questions

Is all HELP work covered without repayment?

No. The declutter is included in your listing fee. Larger cleanouts and improvements are paid projects under an agreed contract.

What if my home does not sell?

Payment obligations continue under your service agreement. We discuss the payment arrangements before work begins, so the costs do not come as a surprise.

Do I need to commit before asking?

No. Start with a conversation about your property and the work you are considering.
