Program overviews
Right Size Move
Covered services are loading, transport, and unloading for your move within 50 miles. Packing, unpacking, supplies, storage, and specialty services are not included.
Available when you complete both a purchase and a sale with Jordan Stanford and the brokerage earns at least 2% of the final price on each transaction, before splits. Brokerage compensation is individually negotiable.
HELP
An approved declutter covers one 15–20 cubic-yard dumpster of contents and up to one workday for two laborers without repayment.
Approved larger projects use a fixed total quote of up to $20,000, with payment at the sale closing. If you decide not to sell, payment for approved completed work is still due under your service agreement.

Your private portal
Your private portal brings together your property updates and upcoming steps. You receive an email when Jordan posts an update. Open your portal or select Refresh property updates to see the latest saved information. Registering or requesting a conversation does not schedule an appointment automatically.
